In order to regulate effectively you need to model yourself and the world that you are in truthfully. Everything that is efficiently controlled has been efficiently learnable in some sense. There are limitations across frames that we observe of across different successive observations. To which degree are these things represented in the learning systems that we're building right now? We want our neural network to be able to go in resonance with the world around them.
