i'm wondering if history's going to look back on putten as someone who advanced the interests of the russian state, or someone who helped lead to its decline. i have no qualm with the statement of russians that want russia to be a great power in the world,. That's fine by me, as long as it's a democratic russia. And what i don't know is, who writes that history right? Because puton was lucky in that he was chosen by yelson, then ratified by the people of russia.
