I think for us in Austin, the advantage to take this kind of convergence point of the horizontal technology and biology is really our sweet spot. So when I look at the bio opportunity, and my background has been all in life science, so this is an area I know well. It's amazing to see the number of companies that have spun out of a church's lab and kind of spread across everything. You know, being from Austin and built, you know, for companies in Austin, I'm very partial to Austin.
