Are There Other Causes That Lead to Different Results?

It may be that there are other causes that lead to different results, and that they are not the results of systemic raciism. And rather than beating our chest and saying, we're such a racious society, that we are, in som subtle way that is not, or maybe not so subtle. But but that we are looking for ways in which we ourselves are guilty of having these racious biases. It may be that instead we ought to be saying, no, it's not, it's not that, but there are some other things in the in the environment that we could help to to ivercome this.
