Cleopatracelini, a Queen of Mauritania
Mauritania was in the Northwest of Africa where roughly today we have Morocco and Algeria. It's safe to say that Cleopatracelini was extremely important in that region. She and her husband, Juba, were sent to a region that had not previously really been Romanised. They managed to do seemingly very well because we don't hear about any real strife or turmoil in the kingdom.
