Rome: I started studies of that in the in the seventies, and it started with my observations at the arnm zoo. The first case i saw a fight between two individuals in the colony, a big fight. And then er, much later in the day, hours later in the morning, two chimponses embraced each other and kissed each other. At some point, i tot that means it's reconciliation. People were not ready for that. They wanted to hear about aggressive instincts and territorial instincts and dominance. But reconciliation was sort of counter intuitive to them. Now we know that reconciliation is found in all social animals. It's like even social birds. Fascinating
