The companies and countries that have the highest penetration rates in automation have the lowest unemployment rates. Amazon has gone from having maybe 35 or 40,000 robots to adding somewhere of a couple hundred thousand. And during that period of time, their employment base has grown basically commensurate with their robotic growth.
