Is There Still a Career Pathway?

Do you think that it's a reaction to the fact that that career ladder felt more predictable two or three decades ago and seems a lot harder to articulate and define in 2020? I think that it is much harder, right? I think in some fields, it's really straightforward. If you wanna be successful in the field, it just can't be sort of like whatever happens.
