Rugby is a big beast in that you obviously have the the individuals who want to train and like what you said kudos to you. You're not knocking them on the head or saying no you can't train you've trained too much you're trying to educate them because that's what it is actually about. It was around educating them okay when I know we can't go cold turkey on this because you're going to just start flipping out and things of that so let's work with somethingLet's put in place a program that you can do outside of this spaceso we would sit down with those kids.
