Bellies Is Like Training Wheels, for Alcohol

The look of a pint of Guinness being poured and seeing the white clouds engulfing into the black is so creamy, bellies taste like what Guinness looks like when you're a child. When I as an adult have a shot at Jameson, what I'm chasing is the memory of bellies, and what I find interesting with bellies. It's so present, in the Irish home, it's such a part of Christmas in particular, it's so ubiquitous, that it assumes bellies is a traditional heritage drink.
