How to Pre Plan Your Training Distribution
When it comes to training load distribution, i don't think it's a good idea. For most workouts that are like, threshold ish,. I would say you should probably hit a seven or eight. It maybe the nine, but not much more than that. Probably two to three times a week. And the other days should never ten. Yes, novels, almost never a ten. A true, true, true ten. You really don't want to hit that that much. Like recovery or like, low endurance pace that's going to be, i think, i that's also a pitfall of the idea.
