Is There a Sustainable High Fee Environment?

There is this theory of when the block subsidy declines then the fee market may not have developed adequately enough to sustain miners. I don't see it as being an issue personally, but even at looking at a worst case scenario, I still feel like there's areas where people will still be mining. The more that we can get it dispersed into individuals that are looking at this as a DCA mechanism or, you know, any sort of process like that where we further decentralized so that we're not reliant on profit driven huge farms,. I think that's a net win.
