The Importance of Visibility in Research
I would describe my general day today as this sort of virtuous cycle of learning about new stuff. I think as a scientist, you have to always stay on top of things and try to learn new things. And then based on those learnings and understandings, you see a problem where that you believe can be improved through some novel research. You propose a way to attack it, you team up with some people that you collaborate with and this work together. If it's if the hypothesis ends up to be true, you end up usually writing up some kind of paper together. So this is the general kind of way it works.
