The s c p foundation is a collaborative writing, wicky project that chronicles various cases in a fictional, secret organization. All cases generally involve some sort of perenormal, supernatural or otherwise unexplained, mysterious phenomena. C p stands for special containment procedures, and they are reports that sent around an object and how it is to be contained.
