Alfred Kozzowski developed a kind of weird self-improvement movement for one of the better we had described. It was based around linguistics and they were very popular in 20th century. And then it can be faded from popularity as CBT was becoming more popular. We don't think enough about the limits that we place in our psychological life by the language that we use, he says. In retrospect, you yourself will probably view things as less catastrophic.
