Data Literacy

When i look at haring, i look a basic data literacy. Can they write sequel and pison? Are they cotrable? Do they have the beginnings of good presentation and communication skills? That's about it. And if you are in a class and you do a data set assignment, that's all so good. Although ill, i'll ding it a little bit because it's part of a class,. You know, sure it's not like a extra curcular type of thing.
