Titans Exploration Faction

Titans is an exploration faction due to starting with scan link. We also get a free attachment from our hero, so we have an advantage when it comes to attachment points. The only special note I have, and this is, people laugh at me a lot for being so annoyed at this exploration card,. DMZ, de-militarized zone, which is a cultural exploration card. It's annoying. But if I'm Titans, I wanna have PDS on all of my planets because I want my production to be as high as possible in each system.
