Jannel Curd's Defendant, Jayne Curd, Pleaded Guilty to Facilitation of First Degree Murder

Jamie curd pleaded guilty to facilitation of first degree murder. He was sentenced to 25 years with the possibility of applying for parole in seven and a half years, as he had already served over half of that. His first parole hearing occurred in november two thousand 15. Parole was denied, with jamie eligible to try again at a later date. The victims families all opposed parole, with assistant district attorney denis brooks saying it would be a slap in the face of justice for jamie curd to be released so early in his sentence.
