The Future of Protocol Design

I do think fundamentally, though, I'm very interested in protocol designs where there's less parameterization that needs to be done. And then there can be more market forces determining that or people basically permissionlessly deploying their own version with their own parameters. It's hard when we're in a very expensive, like high gas fee environment where kind of aggregation across multiple pools or multiple markets can be very expensive. But assuming that we are over time moving to places where it's going to be cheaper to access block space and the compute that's needed, the cost will go down.
