There's kind of this bias against people who are in tech. And I'm wondering, did your students have that kind of feeling about people in tech? How did that affect what happened when they became those supposedly undeserving people in tech who are now better off and making more money? "I think the best way to deal with that is to, one, talk about it, be open about it," she says.
