A date is not a job interview. You can say, hey, I don't know you well enough to answer that yet. If we continue, if we have some more dates, I'm happy to discuss my sexual history. Just like if you asked her something premature and appropriate, you shouldn't feel like she's got some obligation to answer. Also keep in mind she might not be transparent about why she's asking the question.
