Is There Any Post-Apostolic Authority in the Church?

There's no explicit mention of post-apostolic infallibility in the Church, either written or unwritten. The New Testament does not say there will be a collection of infallible writings that will serve as the authority of the Church. There are Scripture passages that talk about the role of the Church like 1 Timothy 3.15.
