Sally Kohn: One of the things that i learned from michael was, like, he and he asked questions in a way that got to two sort of truths. He wanted to know what you were working on, and had a framework for how to ask questions to get to the meat of it. She says understanding some one's back story is crucial, and what pieces brought them to where they are is kind of like "the magic of doing this job"Kohn: Michael never started a conversation around 'what can i do to add value?' That was never the conversation. It was an listening process through which once you found it, you knew it.
