The Importance of Mentorship
I would totally agree that having a long term mentor at the start of my journey absolutely wouldn't have been right for me I've like doubled in a lot of mentors prior to settling with my current mentor. It's important to go through those phases because it gives you such an incredible perspective now based on the experience you've had. You're getting multiple perspectives and opinions and strategies where it's not sort of one way or the highwayYou can actually see how beneficial it is to have someone in your corner.
