The Analogy of Faith in Catholic Theology
Søngen notes that the unity of the mystery of God in its diverse elements of revelation calls forth a sense of the unity of all knowledge. This occurs in a twofold way, let me explain. First, there's an intelligible unity present within the diverse mysteries of faith. Second then, and this is still on the first point, this unity of revealed knowledge is present in theology while still respecting the distinction of nature and grace. Third, the Bible emphasizes as a coherence to what the church teaches and what you can learn from it.
