The Army Is a Very Different Kind of Army.
There are always differences of opinion, and it depends on the chief. Some chiefs allow debate openly within the formation commanders or the corps commanders. I think it's very important for the senior leadership of the army to realize that te have to change two things. One is the culture, so that you eliminate this element that you know somehow, when you reach a certain level, you are entitled to perquisites. The other is what i think general baga has alluded to but it's near the end of his job, so nothing will happen. So maybe the next chief will think about it, or voha to convert the military from a predominantly old fashioned, static force. Make it leaner
