The Executors Are Not in Control of the Estate Plan
The executor really has no authority to do anything. 95 % of those people said the pet qualified as a member, like they held them in esteem as if they were a child or a parent. Every year, thousands and thousands of pets are taken to the shelter when an owner dies. There is no structural mechanism to take care of the pet.
