The Rise and Fall of Catholic Political Thought
When he was at the New York Post, John Avlon became more of a right populist. He and his co-founder Matthew Schmitz had gotten extremely tired of this tendency among American conservatives to say marriage rates are declining. They also blinker themselves to the role of neoliberal model in creating conditions that make it very hard for people to venture the risk of having children. And so they set out to create a journal that sort of critiques the right in some ways from the left against its own claims.
