Transferring Personal Data Outside of the EU
Under the GDPR, transferring personal data outside of the EU is only allowed if certain conditions are met. And then it deal with whether it's a place, the jurisdiction to which data is meant to be transferred, protects privacy sufficient. Max Shremms has litigated this issue twice now and probably soon the third time. So we're very eagerly awaiting for the European Commission to formally adopt a draft adequacy decision.
