A film from 1996 that you made a few years after you actually had the abortion. It's this incredibly powerful and emotional film of you outside where you got the abortion. I've always been really generous and open to everybody in society. Always regardless of class, color, creed, whatever. And if you were actually alone like I was, there was no way I could go ahead with having a baby. You can see that in my work. When I make work about that subject, it's not a fake idea or a fake notion. It'sNot just a political statement. It's a heartfelt rendered gut felt, heartbreaking decision that I had to make.
