You're Arriving at Clarity, Right?

When i've had to call some one and say, look, i don't think you are fit for us to be working together. And then what happens is one of two things. We either have this great conversation when we realize, oh, yes, we've caught it. That's really powerful, and we move on in a really loving way. Or what's happened twice, they've got really mad, really angry, sent horrible emales to me that for a moment, have stopped me in my tracks. And then i've caught it, and i've one up. Hang on. If they're that horrible the moment when i fired them, i was right. Either way,
