That was before the rise of services like net flicks and amazon prime, which now compete with b b c streaming service i player. Do you see universality is critical to that idea, and would it be damaged by a subscription service? Say, well, there are certain things which are very important to preserve. And actually ar the ones which we were previously saying would go on being met by public money.
