Patterns Are Best Practices

Most patterns are probably written by practitioners and folks from industry, right? Right. So maybe let's look at some of the domains that are covered with patterns. I typically don't believe it has to write the domain. People have to learn, they have to have experience, and then they would together derive patterns from it.
