I train I train my legs really really hard in the off season and during the season if I'm skiing four times a week I won't do anything other than like an specific kind of revolution motion. So I do her protocols like a 20 minute workout and then I'll do pushups for the weight vest on and I hike my dog. If I'm skiing three days a week you know and traveling or something like that I may go to a hotel gym and train train one day but I don't do a whole lot of lifting during the season. so I preserve what I have it's very easy for me to shed pounds and I don't want to do that in the middle of skis
