"I had a real a hot mic issue I'll call it when I was doing usability testing for a pretty big project that had a lot of stakeholders and initially they had wanted you know like six or eight people in the room with me while I was doing it," he says. "It's a law of diminishing returns on data but also on resources with the companyYeah totally that's a good point for sure do you have any stories of anything crazy or super awkward that happened during user testing speaking of?"
