Finding Joy in the Present Moment

I think one of the things that have I realized as I reach my middle ages right too many of us spend too much of our time you know thinking too far ahead or too far behind. So in a sense finding joy in the present moment in the things that you have around you is sort of it's also easier said than done because who doesn't want validation? And so then you actually have to be mindful of your own hardwiring and say that shit I'm not going to get stressed out over this or that or whatever. Look at my ironing boat cover it's beautiful, he says.
