People often forget to look at the history where they come from what's their background. What do you know about those organizations and often there's real insight there. Sometimes it might mean doing a bit of research on that company find out other about the culture of that organization if you can maybe speaking to people that work there. People just don't do this because they feel like I guess nervous about doing it or worried that it's going to get back.
