Sally Kohn: The only definition of success has to be holistic. She says that if you do it piecemeal, you could optimize for that but fail in the totality of your life. So she hired an executive coach and asked him what time of day he was willing to quit his job. He said six PM; then on weekends or during vacations as well. That helped her get back into a better state of mind about how much work she had left to do.
In this episode, Michael Hyatt (author, Win at Work and Succeed at Life) talks about how success can only truly be defined as holistic. He and Greg discuss the importance of creating a clear vision as well as the power of constraint, non-achievement, and rest. They explore practical tools and techniques to help plan for long-term, comprehensive success.
