Is Actionable Financial News?

There's definitely a corner of the financial media, which advertises itself as providing actionable information. But when something is considered to be actionable, what you're saying is that this news that's coming out is going to have an impact in the stock price. If you're a hedge fund, if you're a day trader, if you are a swing trader, that is the definition of actionable.
