The One Person Quant Shop - It's Kind of Cool, You Know?

You can, you can set up like a one person quant shop. And i know lots of folks who do. In fact, some of the folks we've allocated to come exactly from that lineage. They weren't like, ex employees of two sigma. Maybe they've had some professional experience but what they really did was the just home grown pobyists who are really good at it and go, you know, i werenbtas i'm good at this. I want to do this professionally and scale upand we've had some success with that model,. We've also had some failure. But that it's not easy. It's definitely a far cry, frankly, costwise,
