The Importance of Data Driven Primary Care
It's been a long journey, let's put it that way, to sort of get this off the ground here in the UK. And there's lots of good reasons for that. It was apparent right from the get-go that we needed something like this. I think because the NHS, particularly primary care, has moved in a direction that is really unsustainable to a large extent. You have to have a door knocking approach where people can actually knock on doors and find out how people are. That's really the only way to unmet need to improve inequalities.
