Any Time Fitness - Is There an Arbitrage Opportunity?
Any time fitness has found an arbitrage opportunity of sorts in the anytime fitness system. You're essentially buying these existing locations at a third of the cost it would take you to do a new build. There's certainly struggling locations that we are buying as struggling locations. And we are, we are turning them around. But just because its a franchise doesn't mean there are not opportunities outside of the typical box go idea.
