How Elders Meetings Facilitate Growth

"I don't disciple all the members of our church individually," says Andy Johnson. "But I kind of do it at every level, but not comprehensively at any level." The way we structured our elders meetings is to rotate between member centric and issue-specific sessions for each month. We have a truly excellent issues meeting on missions this last Thursday night that was really well done by Caleb Reynolds as chair.
