Bryan is on a quest to eliminate the term intermittent fasting and just al fasting. Fasting means not eating, right? So it's always intermittent fasting if it's an hour. I like mixing up when i'm eating and keeping my body sort of guessing and metapodically flexible,. in the sense that it doesn't really know when i'm oing to eat. Soh, i think it's important. To have metabolic flexibility instead of rigid life style which can lead to problems such as overeating or depression.
