Robert Evans: The second American civil war doesn't sound like a crazy, distant possibility to me. Every candidate is doing their level best to not call this what it is, a civil war; you hear that phrase out on the street more and more every day. 2016 was the first year I started seriously considering the idea of an American civil war in modern history. It scared me more than watching Alex Jones speak on the first day of the Republican National Convention.
