Is There a Difference Between a Low Protein and a High Protein Diet?

I try to avoid that as much as i can, even if it's at expense of having lower protein for a day or two here or there. If we're getting up to 70, 80 % of what we are supposed to get, i pretty comfortable saying, let's keep our deficit where it is. We'll live to fight another day. I mean, you can get away with having a low protein day here and there. A same thing goes on the other side of the spectrum. The tricky scenario, in my mind, is the person who's trying to get the best o both worlds.
