Elsiei as gan: I was looking for a word to describe what i felt like the dominant white attitude was, or the dominant white mind set was. And when i looked at the the meaning of the word complaisant, it actually looked more intentional than than the meaning i was searching for. Elsiei as Gan: It's relaxing into your own privilege without even thinking about it. The privileges of being white are that you can coast through your life without having to think about what your race means to other people....
