The non-traded rate circa 20 years ago that you referenced, similar strategies that you have today. And they weren't getting a very good deal, frankly, many years ago. There was huge placement fees and so on. The 2022 version of the non-tr traded rate is very transparent. It's priced very effectively. You know, it's constructed in a way that anyone should feel very comfortable investing in.
