The World of the Symphony

Alex was born before the end of the world, so she doesn't know what happened. She has this innocence and curiosity about what was before but it's never going to be. The children who follow the prophet just don't belong because they full reject any residual. And then you have these four different segments of people: pre-pan, post pan, kearsons and mid pans. They're all trying to keep some aspects of the other world in their own little worlds.
