Pathological Doubt - What Is It?

Inference based farape sessions are a type of psycho education session. They help people understand the difference between pathological doubt and normal doubt. The person is taught that they can't resolve their obsession through analyzing it or challenging it, but only by doubting more. This leads to misassociations and imaginary sequences as which they use their reason devices in order to justify doubts.
